The story behind the work
It started with a role-play at 17.
Andrew was asked to play a troubled teenager in a mock dispute. He enjoyed the role—but found himself even more drawn to the mediator's chair.
He applied for the next government mediation course and was one of only 30 people selected from 350 applicants. At 19, he was formally recognised as Queensland's youngest accredited mediator.
Since then, Andrew has completed more than 3,000 mediations and facilitations, trained over 10,000 people, and worked across government, corporate, health, education, community and private settings.
